SparkScript AI provides AI-assisted content creation tools, including content templates and generators for short-form video scripts, social media captions, hashtags, emails, blog outlines and similar written content. Outputs are generated algorithmically and may be similar to content produced by other users of similar tools. We do not claim exclusive ownership of generated ideas or styles.
SparkScript AI is an independent product built on top of third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider, and any model names shown in the Service are integrations rather than our brand.
You agree not to use the Service to generate or distribute content that:
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of this section. The full list of prohibited content and behaviour is set out in our Acceptable Use Policy, which forms part of these Terms. Sexually explicit content and any content involving minors are strictly prohibited.
Outputs are generated by artificial intelligence and may contain errors, inaccuracies or outdated information. They may also be similar to third-party content. You are responsible for reviewing, editing and verifying any output before publishing or otherwise using it, and for ensuring that your use complies with the platform policies where the content is published. The Service is provided "as is" for drafting and ideation, not as professional or legal advice.
You retain whatever rights you hold in the content and prompts you provide to the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we grant you a non-exclusive, worldwide, revocable license to use the outputs you generate for your own lawful purposes. The Service itself — including its software, design, templates and branding — remains our property (or that of our licensors).
Because payments are processed by Creem as merchant of record, refund requests are handled in accordance with Creem's refund policy. If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact us first and we will help you resolve it with the payment provider.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data or goodwill, arising out of or relating to your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the date above and, where practical, by notice on the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
