Acceptable Use Policy

1. Scope

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses SparkScript AI (the "Service"), including the free tier and the paid Pro plan. It forms part of our Terms of Service. By using the Service you agree to this AUP.

2. Who may use the Service

The Service is intended for users who are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in their jurisdiction). It is not directed at children and must not be used by minors.

3. Content you must not generate or distribute

You must not use the Service to create, request, publish or distribute content that:

• is sexually explicit, pornographic, or sexually suggestive in any form;
• sexualizes or involves minors in any way — this is strictly prohibited and we report apparent violations to the relevant authorities;
• promotes or depicts hate, harassment, discrimination, or violence against any person or group;
• promotes terrorism, self-harm, or illegal activity of any kind;
• is used for fraud, phishing, scams, deceptive marketing, impersonation, or spam;
• infringes copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights, or misappropriates someone's likeness or private information;
• presents AI-generated output as professional medical, legal, financial, or safety advice;
• attempts to manipulate platform policies, reviews, or engagement metrics on any third-party service.

4. Technical misuse

You must not: bypass or attempt to bypass usage limits, quotas, or authentication; scrape, mirror, or resell the Service or its outputs as a competing API; probe, scan, or overload our infrastructure; reverse engineer the Service; or use automated means to generate content in bulk for abuse, spam, or resale.

5. AI transparency and independence

SparkScript AI is an independent product that provides an interface on top of third-party AI models. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any AI model provider (including OpenAI, Google, Anthropic, Meta, or DeepSeek). Any model names shown in the Service are integrations, not our brand, and no endorsement is implied. Outputs are generated algorithmically, may be inaccurate or similar to content produced by others, and must be reviewed by you before use.

6. Enforcement

We may suspend or terminate access, with or without notice, for any violation of this AUP. Where a paid subscription is involved, refunds are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service and Creem's refund policy as merchant of record. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement where required.

7. Reporting abuse

To report content or behaviour that violates this policy, email support@sparkscriptai.com. We aim to respond within 3 business days.
